Do you always seem to have a list of weddings to attend? The soririty sisters are always inviting! The first rule of formal dress shopping – do not go to your local mall! Everyone else will be shopping there, and you will be sure to find someone else wearing your dress at your event.
There are two main goals you should have in mind when shopping for a formal dress.
1. you need to wear something that is perfect for you and 2. perfect for the event.
Okay, they may seem like obvious things, but I see people breaking these rules all the time!
It is important to dress appropriately for an event. Do not wear a sexy mini dress to a corporate function. It is never appropriate – no matter how hot you look in it!
The next step is finding a dress that is appropriate for you, and i mean your body. You can buy an expensive designer gown – but if it is nt flattering you will still not look good.
For me, I have the most fun when I am the most comfortable. I am the most comfortable when I am confident. And I am the most confident when I look good. Finding the perfect dress is the perfect way to look good and have a blast at any formal event.
